I've been a tenant with these guys for two properties and a little over nine years. I have had nothing but friendly professionalism from day one. I recently took out a 12 month tenancy on a property in Bishops Cleeve with Cleeve Emily was great with arranging the tenancy agreement and helped with the process. There were a couple of issues with the property but Emily sorted these out for me immediately way quicker then previous letting agents I have been with previously. Would highly recommend them!

Brilliant team and service overall. We moved across country and had to change out plans and move in dates several times. They were always polite and accommodating and made everything super easy. We have moved in this week and they have been very quick to answer any and all queries and to liaise with our landlord on our behalf. Would highly recommend!
