I recently completed a re-mortgage with the IMP and it all went very smoothly with no hiccups. Better than that, the advisor, Lee made every effort to ensure best value for me by getting in touch immediately prior to interest rates going up. I cannot recommend Lee Gribben and team enough! My mortgage was a bit complicated as it was a Right to Buy, I'm a freelancer/ short term contracted and there were other variables involved but nothing was too much trouble for Lee. He worked so hard and at all hours to ensure it went through quickly, as required, and was always responsive to my many panicked calls and emails.
