Martin provided us advice on securing a mortgage during a very turbulent period (May-June 2023). He worked tirelessly, often over the weekend, to ensure we secured an attractive deal. It was made more complicated by the deteriorating market with rates rising and our mortgage requirements being quite challenging. However, in spite of this Martin delivered and got a better deal than I could have expected, saving us several thousands per year.

He was highly responsive and straightforward to deal with. Provided very considered advice in a timely manner. Was always on hand to answer questions, often responding within minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

First and foremost, if you are not using Martin Rayner for mortgage advise and to secure you the best mortgage deal then you are not giving yourself the best chance. Martin is one of the nicest and friendliest financial professionals I have ever come across. Although Martin charges a small fee, what you get in return feels like you are robbing the man, he answered every question we had, jumped on a call anytime to give us update after update and what was happening behind the scenes. Martin is extremely diligent, thorough and goes out of his way to get the job done, even completing our application at 8pm on a Friday night just so we didn't miss out on the rates we were getting from the bank. Martin from the bottom of our hearts thank you for all you have done! I will never use another financial adviser again and neither should anyone reading this review.

We had a great experience with Martin! He could very quickly grasp our application, which was somewhat more involved due to the contracting nature of my work and come back to us with very good offers on loans. He was very punctual and accurate in answering all our questions per email and schedule phone call when needed. Also he provided many good tips even beyond the scope of his mission.
