Highly recommend Joslin Rhodes for financial and estate planning. Covid was a difficult time, but the company continued as best they could and their service has always been excellent.

We were unsure how to manage both our savings and pensions. We went along to see the team at Joslin Rhodes and had several discussions about options open to us. The team there are all friendly, approachable and most of all knowledgeable. We have now both investments and pensions being managed by Joslin Rhodes. We can now get on and enjoy our retirement. Would, and have recommend them.

We called into Joslin Rhodes after recommendation from work colleagues. We went through a number of sessions talking and reviewing our situation with the view for early retirement. We were fully supported and given reassuring advice in making a decision to retire early and are now very happy in our retirement. When ever we phone or call in to Joslin Rhodes we are greeted with a warm friendly greeting and nothing is to much trouble and given priority straight away. We would not hesitate to recommend Joslin Rhodes.

This company are trying to charge for a service I actually didn't want and they didn't listen to what we said and then got things wrong.after having a further meeting it was advised they where not going to charge now they have tried to go back on their word! They gave advice on things we knew already! We wished I had never stepped foot in the place!

Friendly, professional and very helpful. They look for what's best for you and most importantly, they tell you what you need to hear. Not cheap but good advice rarely is.

As some one who really didn't understand pensions and concerned for the future I can say my experience with Joslin Rhodes has been excellent. Everyone I have met have been very professional but also friendly making you feel completely at ease. I can not praise Christine Fox highly enough for making this a pain free journey a very big thank you.

We joined JR 6 years ago, initially all seemed fine, but it seems to us in the last couple of years they are putting their own interests first (I fully accept Brexit has had a big impact), we have had little or no interest gained on our account, whilst that is an issue our bigger concern is the lack of communication & at times extremely bad communication especially if we want something from them!

We are currently seeking to invest somewhere else, we are aware that they have been changing other customers accounts which allegedly are doing fine, but when we have mentioned this their comment was 'we will talk about it at the next meeting'!

The whole discussion of possibly transferring my final salary pension was a very enjoyable, informative, professional experience. I cannot praise highly enough both Christine and Anthony for their diligence In explaining thoroughly our options. Their consideration and attention to details whilst planning our financial future, left no stone unturned, so that we could have confidence in knowing we had all of the information required to make our decision. I look forward to working with them in the years to come.

So far so good with my experiences of Joslin Rhodes. I have found all staff very professional, approachable and knowledgeable in a very comfortable and "plush" environment. I am very optimistic that our discussions relating to my retirement plans will be positive.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Very impressive work premises, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Well informed advisors that listen to what you want to do with regards your pensions and retirement, then help you choose the best way forward to achieve your goals. We have been with them for one year now and have always found them willing to listen to any concerns or questions that have arisen and they have taken all the time reqiuired to address these and explain any aspect of our investment that we have not initially fully understood.

It is a very daunting and important decision when deciding on investment, particularly with pensions but their professionalism and knowledge certainly gives us confidence for a long and happy future working relationship.
