I have had the pleasure of dealing with Gavin Pearce recently on 2 transactions. Having dealt with many Brokers in my time. Gavin surpassed all my expectations! He is simply the best I have ever worked with. He worked 24/7 and out of hours every single day. He is by far the best in his field and got 1 x mortgages through from application to offer and completion in record time of 10 days in the lead up to the end of stamp deadline in 30th June.
He is exceptional at his job and so knowledgable, hard working and persistent.he achieved the unachievable! I honestly don't know how he did it but he promised to do his best and he absolutely delivered. Everyone else said it was impossible ask/task. He and his team worked tirelessly to make it "Happen".
