Moneycare was established by a group of financial advisers in 1999 with the aim of running an independent financial advisers business. The emphasis of Moneycare has always been on giving advice to others that we would appreciate being given ourselves.

Refreshingly honest advice I approached Moneycare about a remortgage following a referral from a friend. I have found Robin and his staff knowledgeable and always got back to me when they said they would, very refreshing! Following on from my enquiry I was advised to keep my mortgage with my current lender as I have a better rate and much more flexibility with what I was trying to achieve. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Moneycare. Top class as far as I am concerned

As a member of the Armed Forces, finding the right financial product to suit my needs is paramount. Moneycare have never failed to source mortgages and ISAs for me that have proved the best possible fit; they interpret my concerns and situation correctly, have always provided timely and accurate advice, and have not been at all pushy, unlike other advisors with whom I have dealt in 30 years of employment. I would definitely recommend Moneycare.

I needed a buy to let mortgage, in a hurry, to beat the rise in stamp duty on 1st April. Everyone at Moneycare pulled out the stops to make that happen. As a self employed person it's not always easy to find a lender. But they did and it all went through quickly and painlessly. They even got me a great deal on landlord insurance. I'm now the proud owner of a buy to let. Great service.

Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Making up 'mickey mouse' charges for services they don't provide, when you question this, they double the charge! had to go to the financial ombudsman to resolve the issues. -unprofessional -rude -argumentative -poor customer service - con artists, saying one thing and doing another 'all the costs are paid by your lender' - no or the 'you don't have to pay stamp duty' yes you do! Heard many bad things about the company from other people to experiencing the same issues as us.
Quite honestly I would get my own advise no pay to be lead down the road only to be told its the wrong way! I wouldn't be surprised if this company closed down and to be honest surprised they haven't already.
