DO NOT USE! They have scammed an elderly relative with dementia, took 1800+ within a day of a phone call and 6 months later still no will and are refusing to refund their money. Please be careful with elderly relatives using this service because they are not professional and are scamming elderly vulnerable people.

Had an appointment booked with the special offer. Have had to move the appointment twice as I have had 1 virus and 2 cases of chicken pox with my children. Told they won't honour it and will have to pay the full price as we have changed too often. Not very understanding or helpful! Avoid!

I called WSL following a Google search and quickly established they were a good fit for what we needed. The representative on the end of the line already had a good understanding of our possible requirements. Mark came out to see us at home at a convenient time for us and he was punctual and professional. He listened to our needs and was quickly able to find the solutions.
