Since its beginnings in 1995 as an advisory firm, Blackwood Capital Group has developed in over 20 years into a fully fledged, FCA registered Corporate Finance and M&A advisory firm. Today, we operate from our London headquarters as well as our office in Frankfurt, Germany. Our core competency is originating and executing cross-border M&A transactions on a global scale.

In addition, we provide equity and debt private placement services, takeover and defence advisory, capital structure and debt advisory as well as general corporate finance advice including valuation and fairness opinions.
